September 2026 Product Update

FutureState announces three new releases this month: System Load for integrations, AI Insights in the CardPulse attention dashboard and Credential Art Studio in CardPulse.

System Load

An integration turned on, with a load card showing people delivered, photos in progress and credentials pending, and a notice that a record failed.
Turn on an integration, then watch people, photos and credentials arrive.

Every new system starts the same way: the data has to get in. System Load lets teams turn on an integration and push people, photos and credentials to it in a few clicks.

Loads run one resource at a time, people first, then photos, then credentials, so a partner never receives a photo or credential for a person it has not seen. Each load sends at the partner’s own pace, behind live traffic. CardPulse shows the data as it arrives, with real-time feedback on any records that fail.

AI Insights

An AI Insight in CardPulse explaining that photo pushes failed for one person, with three recommended next steps and a Resend photos button, beside a switch to turn AI Insights on or off.
An AI Insight explains an attention error and recommends what to do next.

AI Insights is now available in the CardPulse attention dashboard. It reviews attention errors, explains each one in plain language and recommends what to do next.

Attention errors are some of the most technical issues in CardPulse, which made them the right place to start. We add AI where it makes a screen more actionable, not as a chatbot added on top of the app. AI Insights is optional and can be turned on or off.

Credential Art Studio

Credential Art Studio with a campus photo background and color choices, population assignments for Students, Faculty and staff, and Athletics, and an iPhone showing the finished pass in Apple Wallet, using demo data.
Design card art, assign it to populations and preview it live.

Credential Art Studio in CardPulse lets teams create card art, assign it to distinct populations and preview it live.

Card art often starts with specs handed to a designer, followed by files sent back and forth and mockups that trigger another round of revisions. In Credential Art Studio, teams choose backgrounds and colors, preview the pass on iPhone and Apple Watch, and move each design through design, review, export and activation.
